Starting from the story of Human evolution and connecting it very beautifully to how the technological evolution has & will impact the mankind, he gave us a chill down our spine and made us introspect about what should we do next?
When the Body and Muscle both of which have been strong foundation of mankind, were going to be taken over by technology... what should we do next?
But the answer was also very subtly and impactfully delivered by Santosh sir that the next evolution for the human kind is going to be the heart! We need to evolve, and start feeling from our hearts if really want to preserve our humanity. Why? Because only the heart has the capability to integrate, feel and share in this bloody world.
In the same breath, he also emphasized on the fact that the ones who will be leading this revolution will be women, because they have the factory-setting to start their thinking from the heart. And when I relate it to what I see around me... I find it to be so true!! My mother, my sister, my Mami, my team who are and have been ladies, my customers... each have such profound capability to integrate, feel and share.
To evolve, survive, thrive as well to retain our humanity in the days to come, Santosh sir also gave a the Guru-Mantra that we need to work on 4 different aspects categorized in 2 categories which are

Each of these topics were so hard-hitting, introspective and insightful that each of the audience members felt completely mesmerized. Add to that, the perfect timing of sir to crack a joke to make the audience laugh.
