Course overview
After understanding the concepts of S (Suspecting, Scanning, and Surveying), P (Call Planning, Strategy Planning, Relationship Planning) from the SPIN process, the next in the process is I - Initiation/Implementation.
Here, you will learn how to present your plan to the Key Account.
Essentially, once you have mastered S and P (of SPIN), and have laid a strong groundwork, the Initiation/implementation process goes smoothly.
That said, there are certain preparations that you will have to chart before going to the meeting.
