As Insurpreneurs, you should always be focusing on Autonomy and treat Insurance Companies strictly as Suppliers!

Here's Santosh Nair Sir, sharing this valuable wisdom with all of you in this short video.

“Focus on Autonomy” means from today onwards you have to become Autonomous. “Autos” means “Self” and “Nomos” means law. So “Autonomy”, which comes from these two words means “Self-Law”. 
From today onwards you have to live by “Self-Law”. So, live by your own laws, and treat the Insurance Companies Strictly as Suppliers.
You don’t have to be dependent on them for getting care and support or expect them to be concerned about your welfare or success.

There are 3 things that you require to think about:
1)Recognize that your Main Security lies in an Independent Enterprise
Eliminate all dependencies on bureaucracies and be an Insurpreneur, as it is going to be important for getting economic autonomy.
2) Establish Criteria for judging the long-range quality of Insurance Companies
Look for creating strategic alliance with companies that exist and will be there in the long run, and whether they have some specific qualities which provide an excellent criteria when it comes to comparing insurance companies
3) Join producer groups of hundreds and thousands of autonomous agents
Work on forming Producer’s Groups in which a large number of Autonomous Financial Advisors come together and negotiate with the Insurance Companies for favourable deals. I want you to join these types of groups and keep growing.
